Step 2: Make sure crack has been cleared of dust and is dry before application
Step 3: Mix the Concrete Floor Crack & Patch Filler Paste thoroughly, until mixture is one consistent color, being careful not to mix more than you need.
Step 4: Prime the "v-joint," or cleaned out the crack, by brushing the epoxy mixture into the crack making sure it is injected into the crack completely.
Step 5: Pour in either the epoxy mixture, or the silica sand/epoxy mixture and trowel it into the crack surface and leveling to the concrete surface.
Step 6: After approximately 8 hours. and the product has set, use a grinder to remove any excess materials to maintain a flat, even surface.
NOTE: If needed for larger holes, purchase clean, dry, silica sand with the epoxy mixture to create a thick slurry. Silica sand can be purchased at most big-box stores.
